Getting in touch

If you email, phone or message us on Instagram, we use your name, contact details and what you tell us to reply and, if you go ahead, to quote for and plan your project. We don't add you to marketing lists or pass your details on.

Clients

If you become a client, we use your contact and business details to deliver the work, run the contract and take payment. This includes:

The lawful basis is the contract between us, and our legal obligation to keep accounting records. Client records are kept for six years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as UK tax rules require. Enquiries that don't lead to work are kept only as long as they're needed, and deleted if you ask.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
